Due to the physical nature of MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING, I understand there is a possibility of injury during cutting weight, the tournament and after the tournament, and I agree that my Competing is done at my own risk and release Grappling experience LLC., The Fight Lab Inc, Alliance, 
The National Guard, all sponsors, instructors, directors, staff, and all fellow competitors and training partners from any and all liabilities, claims and or loss, including loss or property or expense incurred from injury that may incur before, during and after the tournament. I understand 
and agree that Martial Arts involve skills and training which include violent and sudden movements and that in connection with the competition and staff, there will be physical contact. I will conduct myself in a manner so as not bring embarrassment or discredit to Grappling Experience LLC., 
Or my instructors(s), owner(s) director(s) or fellow students or competitors. I also agree that any illegal, immoral or unethical behavior will not tolerated by this organization. I compete at the pleasure of Grappling experience LLC. and if you brake any rules you will be asked to leave at any time without refund. The Divisions and weight classes my change at anytime with out notice. Competitors hereby stipulates that he/she or their minor child is physically and mentally sound and has had medical approval to proceed with this type of physical actives. I give my consent to Grappling experience LLC.. To use any photo or video of my minor child, myself or anyone that I bring into the studio or an outside event, that their photo may be used for advertisement purpose.
